About African Mall

A cornerstone project creating economic opportunity and cultural celebration in the heart of Brooklyn Center.

African Mall Concept

Our Vision

African Mall is an $11.2 million real estate development that will create a centralized marketplace for African businesses and a vibrant community hub in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota.

The project aims to provide affordable retail space for 45-55 small businesses, create 100+ new jobs, and serve as a cultural center for the 250,000+ African community members in the Twin Cities area.

Through the MNVest crowdfunding exemption, we're inviting community members to become co-owners in this transformative project, offering projected returns of 8-12% IRR with a 7% preferred annual return.

Beyond retail, African Mall will feature an event center, an African Buffet showcasing diverse cuisines, and cooking classes taught by our resident chefs.
