Frequently Asked Questions

Anyone who is a resident of Minnesota can invest, regardless of income or net worth. Investors must provide proof of Minnesota residency to participate.
The minimum investment is $500, making this accessible to a wide range of community investors. You can invest any amount above this minimum.
Investors will receive quarterly distributions once the project is operational and generating cash flow. The 7% preferred return will be paid before the sponsor receives any profit distributions.
Your investment is designed to be held for the full 5-7 year term. However, the operating agreement does allow for transfer of ownership with management approval, though there is no guaranteed secondary market.
